6 Topics to Communicate to Employees in December

Every month, Airbo provides you with suggested topics to communicate to employees as part of your Annual Communications Plan (free template). The topics are based on hundreds of data points regarding what our customers communicate each month of the year.

The holiday season is almost upon us and the new year is just around the corner. With benefit deadlines approaching and year-end housekeeping items to take care of, there’s a lot to keep organized! Here are the six topics we recommend communicating to employees in December.

1. FSA Deadline

2. End-of-Year Office Reminders

4. Holiday Party RSVP

5. Timely Benefit Spotlights

Office-Closed-Image Stress, loneliness, and financial strain can increase around the holidays. Remind employees about the Employee Assistance Program and how it can help if holiday stress becomes too much. It’s also an excellent time to highlight your telemedicine benefit since many people travel for the holidays. Remind employees the benefit is available if they get sick away from home.

6. Holiday Wellness Tips
